  • About us

The key to Saveurs des Continents’ success rests on its continued commitment to offering its customers a wide variety of dishes prepared every day using the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, outstanding service, and an environment that is uniquely attractive, warm, clean and friendly.

Such was the spirit in which Saveurs des Continents opened its first restaurant in Charlesbourg, near Quebec City, in 1995. At the time, it offered a traditional buffet featuring international and Chinese dishes. In 1999, the formula was revisited, and the restaurant became a high-end buffet offering favourite dishes inspired from the four corners of the world. Building on the success of this first restaurant, the concept was expanded.

In 2003, a second location was opened in Trois-Rivières. It boasted an exotic decor in an outstanding setting, with food preparation stations set up directly in the dining room. Customers were able to observe the chefs at work, and to appreciate first-hand the quality and freshness of the ingredients, the dynamic energy of the chefs and the cleanliness of the cooking areas. Customers could order pasta dishes made to their specifications or observe the chefs making pizzas and pastries right before their eyes. The success of this new concept quickly grew.

In 2007, Saveurs des Continents opened its location in Gatineau, adding a tropical forest and a suspension bridge to its exotic setting. The number of live cooking stations increased, and diners could watch the chefs in action as they prepared their dishes.

In 2010, the Montréal region got its own Saveurs des Continents in Mascouche, with a seating capacity of 850 people in a spectacular and unique setting that includes a replica of the base of the Eiffel Tower.

Saveurs des Continents continued its expansion in 2014 with a new location in Saint-Jérôme along the Laurentian Autoroute (Hwy. 15). This sixth restaurant is one of the largest in the chain, offering an even more spectacular setting, an immense mezzanine and a terrace on the second floor.

Two years later the chain continued its expansion with the opening of a new location in Drummondville. Having a seating capacity of 700 guests, this restaurant features a dining space overlooked by a magnificent interior mezzanine and a spectacular décor that includes a replica of the Eiffel Tower.

Less than a year later, Saveurs des Continents launched its eighth restaurant, this time in Brossard.

Since June 5, 2018, the chain opened his ninth establishment in Lévis with spectacular setting.
